# Clyvio

> Clyvio (Clyvio Health, clyviohealth.com) is two things in one platform: a clinic operating system that independent clinics pay for, and a free app that gives every patient's family a shared, trustworthy memory of their care. Its promise: "Care doesn't end when the visit does."

## What Clyvio is

- **For clinics and doctors (paid, by subscription):** clinic management software covering appointment scheduling and a live token queue, billing and receipts, prescriptions and care plans, AI-drafted consultation notes that the doctor reviews and approves, lab orders and encrypted documents, WhatsApp reminders and follow-ups, and a list of patients whose follow-ups are slipping. Runs in the browser. Clinics can give patients an app with the clinic's own name and logo.
- **Knowledge Studio (for doctors):** where doctors build their clinic's AI "brain". The doctor teaches it by talking or typing (it turns answers into protocols to approve), keeps a Knowledge Book of protocols, medication rules, clinic policies, diet advice and red flags, tests answers in a sandbox as a patient would, and answers "knowledge gaps" — questions the AI couldn't answer.
- **For patients and families (free, always):** every visit becomes a care memory — what the doctor said, medicines, reports, next steps — shared with family members the patient invites (the "Care Circle"). "Ask My Care" answers questions like "What did the doctor say about Papa's sugar?" using only the visit record and the doctor's own guidance, and shows the source. Family members can book appointments, upload reports and set reminders on the patient's behalf. Guardian controls decide who sees what.

## How Clyvio's AI answers patients

1. The patient's approved care plan.
2. The doctor's Knowledge Book.
3. Clinic information (hours, fees, test preparation).
- Red-flag symptoms are escalated to the doctor.
- Anything else gets an honest "I don't know" and is sent to the doctor's Knowledge Inbox.
- It never answers from the open internet, and never approves a care plan — doctors do.

## Business model

- Clinics subscribe. That is the only thing Clyvio sells.
- Patients and families never pay. No ads, and no selling of personal data.

## Privacy and compliance

Built for India's DPDPA 2023, ABDM-ready, HIPAA-aligned and GDPR-aligned: AES-256-GCM encryption at rest, access checks on every request, immutable audit logs, personal details removed before any AI model sees a note, purpose-based consent that can be withdrawn at any time, one-tap export of the full record, and account deletion subject to health-record retention law.

## Who it's for

- Independent outpatient clinics, family physicians, specialists and small practices that want fewer patients to slip through after the visit.
- Adult children and carers — especially those living far from an elderly parent — who want to know what the doctor said, whether medicines are on track, and keep years of medical history in one place.
