Is it really free?
Yes. Clinics pay for Clyvio; patients and families never do — not now, not later. There are no family plans, no premium tier and no ads.
How do we get it?
Clyvio comes through your clinic. If your doctor already uses it, you'll get an invitation after your next visit. If they don't yet, send them a note — it's the fastest way to switch it on.
Does the AI give medical advice?
No. It only explains what your own doctor recorded, and shows you exactly which visit and note each answer came from. If something isn't in the record, it says so and suggests calling the clinic.
Who can see the records?
Only the patient, the family members they invite, and the care team at their clinic. Each family member sees only what the patient allows, and every access is logged.
