How we protect it

The same rules apply to every clinic, every family member and every feature — including the AI.

Every medical document, report and attachment is encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Tampered files refuse to open.

Each request is verified: is this the patient, a family member they invited, or their clinic's care team? If not, it's refused.

Every time a record is viewed, downloaded or changed, it's logged — who, when, from where — and visible to the clinic.

Names, phone numbers, emails and ID numbers are removed before any AI model sees a note. Ages are grouped, dates blurred.

Each clinic's data lives behind its own boundary. No clinic can see another's patients — ever.

Care Circle access is granted by the patient or their guardian, and can be narrowed or withdrawn at any time.

Care, reminders, research — each is a separate choice. Withdraw any of them and it takes effect immediately.

Download your complete health record — visits, prescriptions, reports, documents — in one machine-readable file.

Your login and contact details are erased. Medical history is kept only for as long as health-record law requires.
